A. Mr. M BALAKRISHNA (B.com,FCA,FAFD,CWA)

Mr. M BALAKRISHNA is one of the firm’s founders. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as an associate member. He has a broad background in indirect taxes, assurance, and accounting. His notable experience includes internships with Pavuluri & Co., Bhavani & Co. as a partner, and statutory audits of numerous listed, unlisted public businesses, and private enterprises with Komandoor & Co. His goal is to turn the entire practise into a quality-driven service industry platform.​

He has varied experience in all areas of Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Bank audit (Statutory and concurrent Audit), Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Tax Planning, Investigation, Due Diligence & Project Financing

B. Mr. SAI KRISHNA (B.com,FCA,FAFD,DISA)

Mr. Sai Krishna is one of the firm’s partners. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as an associate member. He has a diverse background in Direct Taxes, Assurance, and Accounting. His strength comes in his ability to maintain honesty while providing excellent customer service.​

He has passed the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’s Certificate course on concurrent audit. He has extensive experience in Statutory Auditing, Tax Auditing, Bank Auditing (Statutory and Concurrent), Stock Auditing, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Tax Planning, Company Law Matters for both local and foreign enterprises, and Management Consulting.

His experience includes advising various clients on:

1. Accounting concepts;
2. Compliances under various laws like GST, Companies Act and Income Tax Act;
3. Effective controls and procedures etc
